What data we may collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may process: name and contact details (email, phone if provided); message content from contact or quote requests; technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited; and cookie or analytics data if enabled in the future.
Why we use your data
We use personal data to respond to inquiries and quote requests; provide transport and montage services you request; improve our website and communication; comply with legal obligations; and, where permitted, send service-related updates you have agreed to receive.
Legal bases (GDPR)
Processing is based on one or more of: your consent (e.g. newsletter signup); performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps; our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights; and compliance with legal obligations.
How long we keep data
Contact and business correspondence is retained only as long as needed for the purpose collected, including any statutory retention periods under German commercial and tax law. Technical logs may be kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
Sharing with third parties
We may use hosting, email, or map providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements where required. We do not sell your personal data. Data may be disclosed if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
International transfers
If data is processed outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as required by GDPR.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. the competent authority in Baden-Württemberg).
Cookies
This site may use essential cookies required for basic functionality. If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent before non-essential cookies are set.
Spam protection with Google reCAPTCHA
To protect our contact form from spam and abusive automated use, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3 (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). reCAPTCHA loads when you open the contact form and analyses user behaviour based on various signals (including IP address, time on page, mouse and keyboard input, and browser/device information) to distinguish automated access from human input. It sets a cookie (_GRECAPTCHA), and data may be transmitted to Google, including in the USA, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses) in place. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Children
Our services are directed at adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date below indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
